long wait....

today, brought my ah ma for her first checkup at a hospital(N*H).
Everything was quite ok..... until..... we have to get medicines at the pharmacy...

Even though, i can see A LOT of people working........ the waiting time is still approx 50mins!!!
There also isn't a lot of patients waiting for meds.... my god!!!! what are they doing inside!?!?
